Decent overall for the price you pay but the bunkers are full of weeds, the greens might as well be part of the fairway because they are not well manicured at all, and the cart paths are in major need of repair. With that said can’t beat $40 with cart on the weekend and it is not busy so perfect for beginners that need extra time and don’t want to feel rushed hole after hole. Depends on what you’re looking for.

The course played great but some of the greens where pretty rough they needed some work but all in all preempt good course
