Looks like it used to be or could be a nice course …not maintained

Some greens need work. Range only allowed use of irons - obviously doesn’t help those needing to tune up their driver before a round.

magnolia is very dangerous. cart paths busted up. bridges are rotten and will lose a cart sooner than later.

Great course layout, terrible course management. Worst greens I’ve seen in a long time

The greens were very disappointing. Good layout , and nice condition otherwise. But the greens were horrible.
