For the end of December the conditions are very good.

Fairways were decently thick but patches of dirt randomly. Greens rolled really pure, but they do not cut new cups enough, so the grass was growing in the hole, making it smaller. Half of the cups have plastic inserts going all the way to the lip and a couple of them were a little bit high. tee boxes were good. Played on a trail card deal but it would’ve been what you expect when you pay $50. Other than it would’ve been nice if they cut the holes more often.

Relatively expensive $50 for 18 and a cart. No marshal to enforce pace of play and greens/tee boxes were in rough condition.

Enjoyed the round the greens were slow but in good shape.
