The greens are in bad shape a few of them are okay though

Note sure if only 10% of players fix their divots on the green. Unfortunate. Great course and great value!

The course is well matained, the greens roll well. The course is playable for a short hitter from the front tees, but there's a few holes where you are just not going to be in scoring position, and you will be playing for a par at best. The pace hasn't been great the few times I have played there, but it's the nicest course around that area so lots of people go there so I guess that should be expected.
