Difficult corse. Made extremely difficult due to 97 degree temperatures. I would recommend moving senior tees closer. Several holes after a normal drive would still leave you with a long approach shot. Made for a long. Course was in great shape. The staff was very nice. Just too difficult in the heat and long distance.

It looks like the State of Alabama has finally spent some money at Lake Guntersville State Park. New cart paths and some attention to the fairways and the greens have made a real difference. Much better than I was expecting.

What a hidden gem of a course. Beautiful views and fun elevation changes. There is also lots of wildlife to see.
