All fairways are dirt, greens are super nice. Waiting on every tee box for 10 minutes, 3 groups on every hole at one time.

Greens are great but fairways are really bad this year weather got them they said.

Horrific. Fairways were dead grass and dirt. Bunkers are hard clay. No warning or discounts for the conditions of the course. I'll definitely never return to this course.
