I love playing Oak Mountain as it is a fairly relaxed atmosphere with a good bit of challenge without a lot of drama.

This is one of the top value public courses in Birmingham. Great practice facilities, a well maintained course, and good pro shop staff. Good mix of challenging and attackable holes. The course is very walkable as well. Couldn’t recommend a better course in town for a beginner/budget recreational golfer.
