The greens are awful and the tee boxes look like a beach
Greens are extremely tough. Very fast and like glass. Hard to get speed down IMO for the average golfer.

Greens had some bad grass which made them very bumpy. Overall they were still fast and the place is above average muni.

Carts were aggravating to keep from shutting off and greens were very sandy and bumpy

Just holds water made the condition of the course low other than that great course
