3 stars on condition because they're improving tee boxes right now and using temporary spots to tee from...most on downhill lies.

New superintendent doing good work making improvements. Greens are still young but will be fantastic when matured. New sand isn't same as old sand. Maybe all bunkers haven't been done yet?

Beautiful course. Easy to walk. Very enjoyable!
