There was not a defined fairway. The tee boxes looked like the fairway. Had to putt or could not putt on some greens becasuse the sprinklers were going. Some of the green were in bad shape and some were decent shape.

Greens need work, fairways are rarely grass. Still a decent place to play and staff is always friendly. Has potential, just needs to get there for the weekend rate.

Bad lies in the fair way definitely not worth 35 a round...should be 20 bucks with cart based on the course conditions
