So I played on July 4th weekend, the prime time to have a course in its best condition. Absolute waste of money. Greens weren’t green, 50% dirt and mud. Balls would go in the cups clean and come out filthy. Fairway was non-existent, there was zero difference between the fairway, the fringe and the rough. Tee boxes were so overgrown that you couldn’t properly tee the ball. It looks like their mower has been broken for a while. The cart paths that are there are busted. The only good thing was the service at the counter. Save your money and play elsewhere.

Terrible condition. Greens were majority dirt. Could only differentiate fairway from rough on TWO holes. Grass was so thick in tee boxes you could barely tee the ball up. Absolute waste of money.

Half of the greens are a dirt patch. Had to push cart up the last 3 holes. Do not recommend for anyone.
