The conditions are bad. There is almost rough, just seemingly fairway cut the whole way around and major patches of dirt all over. Greens are super slow and covered in sand and "potholes". Teeboxes are unkempt, with broken tees all over and lumpy surface. The ground is hard and incredibly difficult to get under with irons.

Great if you are looking for an affordable course. Conditions of tee boxes, fairways, and greens vary.

Greens are different speeds, tee boxes are very hard to get your tee in and filed with divots so hard to find a good spot to stand. Fairways had several different kinds of grass but most of them were decent.
