I love playing golf at Southern Gayles! The course is less than ten miles from my house and it's very economical to play there. The course is always well maintained and the beautiful scenery and views give it a welcoming and laid back feeling. Don't let the lack of sand fool you. The dog legs and water hazards will definitely test your game! The greens are in great shape and Jerry has some tricky hole placements too. PGA Pro/Owner Jerry Alldredge and the rest of the staff are extremely nice and helpful. You couldn't ask for a better staff. I've never had a bad experience there. If you've never played there, give it a try. I am certain you will enjoy it. I will continue to play here as long as it's open or as long as my body will allow. I can't tell you how many times I've played this course but I always look forward to playing it again and get excited when I do!
