This course is hands down the best value you will find. I've never been disappointed with the condition of the course and it's usually in impressive shape when you consider how little you're paying. Because of the inexpensive green fees this course obviously attracts all sorts of golfers and many beginners, so you're bound to find lots of divots and ball marks that have not been fixed, although I don't believe the carts have sand for you to fill your divots. Pace of play has never been an issue for me personally, but I do try and play when the course isn't busy and as a single I can usually play 9-holes in an hour or so, granted I do play quickly. The course isn't difficult and there's hardly any trouble, but there are a few holes that can offer a challenge. The practice facilities are great and offer pretty much everything you could want when working on your game. All in all, this is a great place to play and it won't break the bank or eat up your entire afternoon.
