One of the more challenge courses I’ve played on. A shame views aren’t part of the rating otherwise that would be a five star. The 8th hole wasn’t playable and under maintenance. Otherwise condition would be higher. I was worried about hitting elk from all of the other pictures and reviews on here but it was weird we didn’t see any. That was until we saw mountain lion tracks in the sand. Tracks were pretty fresh too, but probably there to chase some gophers which can be found every where

Course layout can be confusing and signage not great. My biggest complaint is way way too many blind tee shots and nearly drivable greens. You end up having to run forward to check if it's clear then go back and hit.

Stupid course. Have to hit over a rock where u dont even know the distance. First hole have to aim like 40 yards out to the right to have it stay in. One of the par threes on the back had such a terrible pin position it was on the edge of a tier. I putt it a tiny bit short and it rolled all the way down. Made an 8 being on the green. Tee boxes had like no good grass and the green were very bumpy and slow. Pace of playo was also terrible. The group in front lookin like good good golf. Also took me like 10 minutes to find the bathroom and had to wait so long to get my hot dog. However great views and even saw many animals
