I love this course but it definitely has an opportunity when it comes to the maintenance. It could be one of the premium courses in Colorado if it were maintained well. The course layout, views, and greens are terrific. The course is just in bad shape.
I recommend hiring someone who can turn this place around. Stick it to cart path only for a couple years.

Course is not being maintained well at all. It could be so much better. Worst public course in the area by a fair margin

This course gets some bad reviews for its condition. I’d say I don’t completely agree with how “unplayable” this course is despite the fact that it likely has seen its better days. If you want to play one of the longest courses in the world, you can do that from the tips. It’s equally cool and frustrating. For the $ figure on 18 w/ a cart, I find Antler Creek to be of pretty decent value for this area. The pace of play has always been fantastic, I’ve played 18 in just over 2 hours out there

Course is in terrible shape. I can’t believe they’re charging what they do to play there. Some greens barely have grass, others have long grass like 1st cut. They’re really seemed to have stopped carrying about the course. I’d imagine it’ll be homes sooner than later.

Greens were in some of the worst shape I’ve ever seen greens on an actual golf course. Dead, bumpy spots scattered all over the greens making putting virtually a joke. Fairway and rough condition was okay, but it seems this course is lacking in either water for the size, or staff to maintain.
