Visited the area for a few days and had some time to sneak a 9 in here. Showed up 3 min before my tee time and the pro shop guy was super chill, even asked me a question for 15% off greens fees (got it wrong). Based on reviews the course has seen better days, but it also used to be $20 more. They changed ownership and are clearly making efforts to revive the course. INSANELY slow greens (just sanded), long rough, but worth the money for sure. Don’t be discouraged by reviews, see for yourself!

The views, layout, and difficulty of the course is very fitting of the $75 round. The fairways, bunkers, and rough were in great condition. The greens however, left a lot to be desired. I would hesitate booking this course if you’re expecting manicured greens. Also, cart path only, ALWAYS is kind of crazy, especially for a $75 round plus cart and the fact that they aren’t even paved cart paths.

The course is rough shape. The greens are bare and bumpy.

Tall greens that are slow and fairways are cut weird. Sand is hard and not that good. Rough is too tall and thick you can’t even find your ball in it sometimes. Pace of play was nice and of course always a hard layout!

This is such a beautiful course my buddy and I played it we had a wonderful time but unless you're extremely accurate with your driver and Woods be prepared to loose some balls. Your nestled right up in the mountains and rarely see other people playing on different holes very private super nice.
