Indian Tree’s front nine is a ferocious little beauty—tight fairways, slick greens, and no forgiveness for sloppy chips. When the rain came down, the course felt almost alive, and I found myself playing sharper, hungrier golf. It’s not a place to rush; it’s a course to savor, shot by shot, madness and all please have fun and play with others and don’t rush to the game of golf. If you don’t have the time don’t come.
The course was in pretty good shape. Greens had been recently aerated and were very sandy and bumpy.
Another great course. Overall, everything was really in fantastic shape. I don’t believe I saw green that was not superb. Wish it was a bit cheaper and they helped people out with cart fees, but that’s my only complaint. $22 for a cart fee I think is a bit much. And then charging an additional $22 for someone who Isn’t playing and just writing is a bit much. Overall, my expenses were about 124 bucks with a bucket of balls. Really nice area really nice course and I enjoyed my time.
I live nearby so I’m forced to play it here and there. The old lady in the range/par 3 shack is an absolute bitch. Would like this place more if she wasn’t there 😂
