I was greeted at the clubhouse by the friendliest staff member at the pro shop and was encouraged that the reviews I had read were off. Sadly they were not. The course was in horrible shape. Not mowed, difficult to tell were fairways stopped and ruffs began. The course was dried out and there were large portions of dead grass. We played red-white. Red was really bad. White was better still not good. Caution don’t know what happened on Sunday when I was there -but no beverage carts and they said the restaurant staff did not show up. Bring your own liquids or at least a h2o bottle to keep hydrated. Sadly this became the new worst course I have played In CT.
