Was able to play 18. Cart is recommended, especially for the back nine. Get to let a few drives hang in the air forever with elevated tees, love doing that. There are some holes that are significantly uphill as well. If you are a fan of false front greens there are none that I found. Greens hold balls well but are fast and roll nicely. Tees and fairways are in very good shape. Open to public but you can get a membership. Well worth the price.
