Extremely taken care of and the owner is an awesome guy, definitely a mix between beginner and fun for intermediate level! The par 5 350 on 7 is awesome

Very cool landscape, but kind of a dump. Plays like a bunch of small greens plopped in the middle of a field. Fairway grass was tall everywhere, but fescue grass between 2 and 9 and around the green on 8 was unfortunately mowed down-disappointing as it makes for a cool vibe and more challenges with the tall grass. Sand traps play like crushed stone, and ding up your clubs accordingly. Could be awesome with the layout and surrounding nature, but with the current upkeep, not worth the price.
