Greens were in pretty rough shape. You can tell they are trying to get them fixed up though. Tee boxes and fairways were good.

Front 9 was great. Back 9 Red had a few greens that were beat.

Great course second time playing absolutely loved it

Greens are so slow and bumpy. No one repairs divot marks, everyone drags their feet and the greens need cut down at least 1/8 of an inch and double rolled a few times in a row. Their bunkers are like cement with a light dust of powder on top of them. Overall I snuck in a round for $63 being the 4th fill in. Wouldn’t pay anymore for this track just because of the greens, bunkers, and overall pace of play. Other than that it’s well designed and a fun track.
