Honestly was pleasantly surprised. I don’t know if it’s cause we played on an afternoon when it was supposed to rain but we finished under 4 hours. The greens were in pretty good condition and for the price I would say some of the better ones out there. Only one hole that had some real tough spots on the green but other than that solid track. Enjoyed having a couple more par 5s and a few short par 4s. Little bit of a drive for me but I’ll play again.

Every green has fungus and is very bumpy, even had a small hole on one of them. Every fairway has dirt patches and there are rocks in some sand traps. $55 feels like a lot for a course in this bad of condition.

Not a bad place to play. Definitely needs work on the greens. That's the worst part of this course. Friendly staff and good price. Would play again.

Greens are laughable. Cart paths are terrible. Decent course that is horribly taken care of.
