Almost no one out here on a Monday morning, 3 groups including me. Can play it in an hour. Condition is great. $27 a little steep for a par 3 but it’s a nice course. Holes between 65yds and 170yds. Some water and sand and some small greens make it a decent challenge.
Greens were recently punched on the Chateau course. Made them quite slow. The rest of the course was immaculate. Bunkers were excellent especially considering all the recent rain. I believe Chateau is the easier of the two courses. It was still very fun and challenging. Amazing value for $60 with a cart. Was almost no one out here on a Monday afternoon. Played solo in about 3 hours taking my time and playing through two groups.

Course is in Excellent condition! Greens are really tricky though should’ve practice putted. Have to have an encore
It should be a crime to charge as much as they do to play out there. Greens are in good shape and roll quick, but outside of that it’s standard public course conditioning. Driving range was meh.
Clubhouse, restaurant, and locker room were nice. We fortunately got a good deal. But until they lower the price I probably won’t be back.

The scorecard at the courses don’t match the 18 Birdies scorecards. Distances are way off. Just FYI.
