You get what you pay for here. Fairway and rough conditions were poor, at best. Huge bare and muddy areas just short of some greens. Rough was so overgrown if you don’t hit the fairway you’re taking a drop. Sandtraps were essentially mud pits. Greens were hard to get on but easy to putt on, albeit quite slow. Tee boxes need serious overhaul. 9 had a very nice fairway and the elevation changes made for some fun par 3s.

Can't beat it for the money

I love playing here with such a great price. It is a amazing course to play golf.
