Well priced course, wouldn’t say it’s overpriced at all. Played 18 mid day Sunday in 3 hours & 40 mins with 4 people. Fairways are playable, not much rough on the course so off the fairway rolls to the tree line. The one issue I had was these were the fastest/firmest greens I’ve ever played in my life I think. A meteor could’ve hit the green and there wouldn’t be a divot mark to fix.

Pleasantly surprised by this course. Greens were lightening fast and hard as a rock but super fun to play. Layout is nice too!
