Greens are the best I've seen them out there. Tee boxes need some work. Good test and fun design. Lots of progress since the last time I played it a year ago.

Fairways are really dry and worn in many areas. Cart paths-cart paths-cart paths. The cart paths are awful. Seriously, there are many alternate paths around broken concrete and rubble to avoid the cart paths. Keep your head covers on, your clubs will get banged up.
