You are literally right next to a very active train depot and freeway. But, with some nice ear plugs and a face mask it would be pretty enjoyable. Also, expect about 4 guys who play there every day to push you at an incredibly fast pace. You will not see these guys when you tee off at Hole 1, but you will find them behind you by Hole 2. I waited for 20 minutes for an Uber and I saw them go through the 9 holes 2 times at least. The greens also run like hell. Like, my home course has greens that already run fast, but I could not use my wedge to get the ball on the green or it'd roll right off.
