Bunkers are in really bad shape, washed out and mud in most not sand. Tee boxes need work. Greens are in good chair and pretty firm and fast. Challenging course but price is too high for condition of bunkers and tee boxes.

for $70 it is not worth it to play here. the course is not maintained well at all. whoever is keeping the rating at a 3.7 is lying
