Tee boxes are dirt, fairways are mostly dirt/sand, half the greens are puttable but many have huge holes or other significant issues.

Challenging public course with lots of elevation change. Fairways in average to fair condition. Fast pace of play. Greens were very nice and the best part of the course.

Everything William said I experienced. The only thing missing was bouncy houses and maybe a motor Ross track. Golfing was near impossible.

This place is a zoo, not a golf course. Frisbee golfers in the middle of “fairways” (I’ve seen better pastures). Muddy, dead, painted greens. Old men fighting on the course and groups of 5 that won’t let you play through. Don’t waste your money, go play putt putt at Rigby’s, you’ll have a better time.
