Course was sopping wet. Balls didn’t roll and often dug into fairways like a meteorite.

$121 for 18 holes on a weekday morning with few other golfers, not a good value. $65 rental clubs were supposed to be “premium” but they were average. Greens were in bad shape, very rough and slow.

I recently had the displeasure of playing a round at Savannah Harbor. To say it was disappointing would be an understatement. The exorbitant price tag promised a premium experience, but the reality fell far short. The greens were in appalling condition, resembling more a patchy field than a well-maintained golf course. Save your money and find a course that values both quality and affordability.

Greens had damage but still rolled fast. My favorite hole was #9 with views of the Westin and new convention center. Plenty of tee box options, an elite driving range. Enjoyed the mens locker room showers too.
