Greens were pretty decent but slow. Fairways weren’t bad. But the tee boxes were some of the worst I’ve ever seen.

Tee off boxes are horrible...drainage is not good...pace of play was so slow today...course is not necessarily difficult per se, but it's not in a good shape

Winter golf and first game of season in decent weather so the pace of play might have been just because of that.

Greens look like an absolute war zone and good luck finding your ball if you hit into the rough. Decent course but be prepared to take 30 minutes a while cause the people In front of you can’t hit more than 50 yards.

Limited resources, so it’s not a perfect course. Fairways are sometimes shaggy, always a little patchy. Greens are usually decent, although sometimes way too slow. Very good value compared to nicer courses. Several holes with steep penalties for inaccurate tee shots.
