They’ve been working hard to maintain this course an keep it in great condition. For this time of year (late November) it’s rolling well on the greens. Fairways are great. Great course.

Pace of play was great on the front 9, but due to the clubhouse allowing a group of 7 to tee off on hole 1 as we made the turn, it forced a backup on the 10th tee. Did no good to argue!!! Greens were running extremely fast. Fairways were so soft that you could send filets of grass flying during contact. Finally, it seems the mower guy was very lazy as he couldn't put the tee markers back up when he completed his mowing. This has only been the 1st time that I have had a bad experience here.

Very disappointed, course and t boxes were in horrible shape. I played in 90 degree heat and zero water on the course. Ball washers didn’t have water in them and the sand traps weren’t raked
