The fairways was long and challenging but wasn't overwhelming. I used a driver and a 3 wood til I got to my approach shot. The greens are elevated and most have bunkers. Water is a factor. You have a large pond that runs along the cart path,but you have a creek you have to hit over on several holes. It was well maintained for this time of the year, good course to play on.
