Greens are really beat up. Some tee’s don’t have grass

No one fixes their pitch marks on the greens.

Very nice course, but like any course, players don't fix their ball marks on greens, and it hurts your putting.

Too expensive

Putting greens are difficult and not in the best shape

Super tight fairways overall, tee boxes are hilly and in poor shape, but the rest of the course is in good shape, similar to a good public course, greens in fair shape, aerated is the spring for some strange reason.
