They’d had a lot of rain since I’d been out there so I guess I can’t knock the greens too much but I’m pretty sure they’d have been slow just the same. This is one of the best golf properties I’ve ever seen. Maybe the best in the louisville are. The front nine is secluded even from the other holes. I wanna say 7 of the holes on the front nine are completely secluded from houses AND other holes. That’s an amazing experience. The greens were in terrible shape. Maybe because they’re somewhat small? This course could be my favorite course in Louisville if the sand traps and greens were in better shape. I’d put it over Valhalla, persimmon ridge, chariot run, fuzzy courses, big springs, hurstbourne, hunting creek if the greens and traps were in better shape. As it is now $20 ($25 with golfnow fees) is a fair price just for the scenery and layout. I wouldn’t pay much more. If the greens were vastly improved It could be a $50 course easy.
