Honestly one of the best course in the DMV region for its price. Being a veteran it runs me 50-60 to ride 18 and the greens are always in excellent condition. The south course is my favorite with two water carry holes and a beautiful view of the air field on the back 9. East course is great too. The fairways could definitely use some love and typically are a bit splotchy and with weeds but for the price you want find better value to condition ratio IMO. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The pin locations lately have been very tough, especially on the pat 3s. Usually back pin location so a typical 170 plays like 190-200. Lots of leaves on some holes, great course though
