Half the greens are in bad shape (dead/no grass, hard, and dirt/sand). Handful of tee boxes are new sod but long and difficult to tee from. Looks like they are trying to make improvements but needs some good TLC all around. Kinda looks like some areas don’t get enough water but then others get too much.

The course was in okay shape. I would say better in the front 9 than the back 9 Overall it wasn’t worth the price that we paid but it was still fun to play.
