It’s in great shape right now. Greens are rolling true. Players clearly don’t fix their ball marks and divots enough but that’s the same as most tracks these days. I’d say it’s a few bucks over priced but for the area it’s pretty typical. Has interesting holes and complex greens. Worth a stop by if you’re in the area and have never played it for sure.

Some of the fastest greens I have played on, fairways mostly slope right to left and with my draw it was tough to hold the fairway, always ran off into some thick rough, definitely have to be able to play the slopes of the fairway to score well.
