Overall, pretty good condition except the Tee box. Probably the worst tee box condition I’ve played.

Some fairways in pretty rough condition, service is great, difficult course with many many huge bunkers

Nice fairways tee boxes are in rough shape lots of wear and tear on them . Even though they have a starter and we did start on time no ranger very slow play 5.5 hours for 18 started at 09:00 ended at 1430. Greens are in great shape slow but are consistent

Definitely a nice course layout, fairways were well kept and greens were very well kept. Greens weren’t as difficult as everyone claims, they play true and speed was perfect. 80% of the bunkers were garbage. Little too expensive for what it was. Plus two of the par 3 tee boxes were played off makes due to maintenance. Never seen that before.
