The greens are diabolical, what a pleasant surprise this course was

Great condition course, well groomed, most holes are challenging

Overall, I got to give this course three stars and I think I’m being generous. The front nine greens and the back nine greens are completely different, the speed and green designs are completely different. It’s like playing two different courses in the same day. The cart paths are abysmal and the course is unreasonably narrow. I’m guessing because they had to fit another nine holes in where it didn’t belong, not my cup of tea, judge for yourself
