someone pissed in the greens keeper’s cereal. this place was nice and fun to play until you got in the most devious and fast and slopey greens in the world

Fun course with a good mix of challenging target golf and strategy feel on the front nine followed by a brief respite of the back before looping south up the hill for a challenging stretch. Hole 4’s risk reward off the tee can leave 140 or 180 down the hill. Hole 5 is a test of self control and shaping if you want to score. 7 continues to challenge line and distance awareness. 10, 11, 12 allow some rest but 14, 15, 17 demand strategy and control.
A great value with great conditions.

The “clubhouse” is a modular trailer with picnic tables. It was 90-95 degrees and there is no water or drink cart on the course. Tee boxes and fairways were in OK conditions but there were plenty of partially completed repair projects on the course left undone. The greens were in good shape.
The cart paths were horrible, they were mostly gravel with potholes and washouts.
THE GOOD PART, was that it was half the price of Atkinson CC and it had some fun elevation change on the front 9.
