Fairways are non existent except for 2 holes

Great beginner course. Lots of holes are very open and great for driver. Greens were in pretty good shape. Tee boxes had definitely seen better days. There is a lack of cart paths and course has lots of rocks and divots. Be prepared for a bumpy ride if using a cart. Overall, course is fun and a good value, if you don’t mind some minor inconveniences.

Tough to tell the fairways from the rough at times. Most of the greens were in great shape. But 16th hole is a mess. Good price and nice clubhouse. A fair amount of work being done around the tee boxes (which were all in rough shape). Perhaps it will all look better when they are done.

Fun course. Fairways needed to be cut, and some tee boxes were in need of help. However it looks like they at least move the tee markers frequently to allow the grass to grow. Really my biggest complaint is the the lack of cart paths. It was a rather bumpy ride. Very walkable though! All in all it was a fun course. And I will play it again.
