The greens were well kept, but just about everything else did not meet expectations. Tee boxes were a disaster, many fairways had patches of dirt/rocks, and some bunkers are just unplayable. Over a 5 hour round on a sunday afternoon, which isn’t horrible but not the best pace of play.
