Have played it since 1989 and usually enjoy it as hole designs are pretty good and if an early tee time the pace is ok! Staff pleasant though a ranger could improve pace! A 8 of 10 possible

8 Minute tee times are not enough. 4 groups on every hole.

Pace of play depends on what day you go, but great value for 18 and a cart during the week, weekends it’s ok, gets busy. Overall course plays pretty easy. Once you go a few times it’s easy to learn all the greens. But very good layout, would highly recommend, wouldn’t even realize it’s a muni

Rough was harsh

Typical muni conditions. They normally mow over the long grass makes for losing missed drives an almost given penalty. Tee boxes were sand and not level. Hate going here in general but only place you can get a tee time on Father’s Day.
