East/West is the perennial spot for the PAT. It’s also still playable from the tips, so long as you stay out of trouble. There are some condition issues consistent with a muni, but the course itself is a great value and a place where a high handicap golfer can still succeed. It’s long but fair, and there’s on-course concessions that make it more walkable.

It’s definitely in need of some repair, but conditions do change with the seasons. Recently, there’s not been a ton of grass on the tee boxes and the greens have some divot damage. While it’s not in top shape in any season, the layout and overall playability still make it a good value, so long as you don’t mind waiting a bit longer during peak time—pace of play is hit or miss.

Fairways are in rough shape. Some greens were very bumpy.

Great practice course. Tee boxes are beat up and the grass is long. A few blemishes on the greens but you can’t really complain for $15. It has more of a “championship course” feel than the majority of executive courses I’ve played.
