Very fun course some of the tee boxes are terrible though otherwise very well maintained

Some tee boxes need major work, one is almost entirely dirt. Fairways, rough, and greens are fairly well maintained. Some greens accumulate quite a bit of debris at times.

$15 or $13+change in Oct. No need for a cart. Easy to walk par 3. Would be nice if they came through once or twice to bad up the leaves 🍃.
