The fairways were in good shape. No complaints on the greens. The course layout is one of the best in Vegas. Fun elevation drop tee shots. The course itself is not in great shape. The rough is just barron hard ground. Zero grass anywhere higher than the fairway. A ton of huge dirt spots all over the place. It's a fun course for NV rate with a GolfNow member price and $10 tee time discount. Around $60. Anything more than that is crazy. Out of state prices are criminal. I feel bad for them.

Greens looked like the beaches of Normandy on D-Day.

Course was in beautiful condition

Perhaps I was expecting more but tee boxes and greens were full of divots and issues. Fairways were solid. Typical “funnel” sloping which helps winter golfers! Seemed like many played front tees which pushes the pace if you play back. Overall nice setup with range, chipping area and putting. Worth a round but manage your expectations if comparing against Paiute type course
