Great condition and dirt cheap. Gets backed up sometimes because of that, but fun little track.

Small par 3 course. Only a few holes over 300, everything else is 130-100 to greens. Easy if there is no wind. Once wind picks up the balls can carry or die out. Fair ways were good, sand traps good, tee box were filled with tees, small trash, etc. Saw the course Marshall or "host" 2x and cart 2x. Wish they could pick up more range balls off hole #1. If your ball goes right, beware. Good for the money. I'll be back. They said the kitchen was closed for 2-3 weeks. I was going on eat post game but change in my plan.
