This is a "get what you pay for course"... Its by no means perfect, but its a great place to start. The conditions usually get better as the season progresses. Its a first come first serve basis, so sometimes the games are extremely fast, other times it can be slow if its a nice day out. From my experience ive never had any issues with the staff, they're typically friendly. $17 to walk 9 holes isnt a bad deal if you dont mind fighting the course conditions a bit.

Has to be the worst course I’ve ever experienced. “Starter” just told people to go whenever and we were backed up 3 deep. Marshall just out drinking beer. “Sand traps” with bushes coming out of them. Unbelievable.
